We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact Massage Wellness Spa as soon as possible. Your appointment may be rescheduled for another available date and time.
Massage Wellness Spa has ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, or requests for sexual services. All services are professional and therapeutic only. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in being banned from future appointments.
All purchases and services are final and non-refundable.
A valid form of identification is required at the time of your visit.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice will be charged a no-show fee equal to 25% of the original service purchase price.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferrable and have no cash value. Please present your gift certificate in advance of treatment and confirm your gift certificate at the time of booking. All gift certificates are valid for one year after purchase.
